Irvine Housing Market ~ Homes For Sale by Range of Price. It’s not surprising that 240 of the 519 homes now listed for sale at Irvine are in the range from $500K to $1 million asking.
519 Irvine homes are now listed for sale at the SOCal MLS, and that’s not enough homes for high rate of buying that we have experienced the last 90 days.
240 of the 519 homes (or 46%) are in the range from $500k to $1 million asking. This is the price range where we so most buyer interest and offers being made.
