23% of sold homes were short sales. 
Average sold price of those homes during June this year was $699,307. 
Average price per sf of those solds was $347.
Average time on market for those sold homes was 90 days.

198 Irvine homes were sold during June 2009. 
74% of those sold were regular equity listings.
17.5% of those were short sales.
Average price for solds last year was $652k.
Average per SF sold price last year was $326.
Average time on market for solds was last year 81 days.

So the Irvine housing market was more buyer active and healthy during June 2010, with 9.5% more homes sold this year than last and at a higher average price.
